Artist Feature: AK Landreth

When looking at the art that A.K Landreth creates, you can’t help but feel inspired and at peace. It is truly amazing, the beauty that her paintings can add to a room.

A.K. Landreth is an abstract painter with a talent for creating eye-catching and thought provoking pieces. Her work has been featured in many exhibitions and installations in North Carolina, and she has recently released a brand new collection, inspired by slowing down and being present.

Here is a behind-the-scenes look into what she creates, and a few words about her process as an artist.

Painting is my way of processing the beauty and wonder of the human experience. I love to use color palettes that are peaceful yet energetic, developing the canvas in asymmetrical ways.

I believe art has a huge impact on space. It is a conversation starter and tells the story of our lives all while easily shifting the whole vibe of a room.

My highest goal as an artist is that my work would offer my Collectors that same depth of joy and peace I experience while creating it, inspiring an invitation to celebrate beauty both within themselves and in the world.
